About our Irving Venue
Alcohol
You can bring in your own alcohol and we can arrange for any frozen drink machines and champagne fountains you want. If alcohol is being served at your event, it must be served by one of our TABC Certified Bartenders and there is an additional fee for each bartender requested. The damage deposit will be higher for events serving alcohol.
Catering
You can bring in your own family prepared food, or use our catering services. If you wish to use another caterer's service, they will have to be approved by us, be fully licensed and insured and a surcharge will apply. Proof of insurance will be required.
Is there a Damage Deposit
There is a damage deposit required to reserve the room. It is fully refundable based on the condition of the room at then end of the rental period.
For events without alcohol $250
For events serving alcohol $500
How Late Can My Guests Stay?
The building closes at midnight to give ample time for clean up and departure, we ask that your event ends and your guests depart no later than 11:00 PM
Are There Dressing Rooms?
There are no dressing rooms with A Suite Event. This is a banquet hall with a built in bar and separate restrooms but there are no dressing areas.
What Does The Room Attendant Do?
The room attendant is there to keep on eye on things and make sure the event is being conducted safely. They also monitor trash, rest rooms and other minor items but are not there to act as wait staff for your guests. If wait staff is needed we can add that for you for an additional fee..
