Delivery Drivers
Now that corporate catering is in full swing, we're in need of licensed drivers to help get our food to their local corporate offices and suites. Must be able to lift more than 10 lbs., follow safe food handling procedures, and possess a valid Texas driver's license. These shifts are mostly week day shifts and can involve breakfast deliveries (starting most often at 6:00 AM) and lunch deliveries and return trips ending close to around 4:30 PM. Some weekend work may be required as business dictates.
Production Team Members
We need experienced food preparation people to help prepare sandwich trays, box lunches, party trays and other catering prep work. Under the supervision of our Chef, the schedul will fluxuate by the catering orders scheduled for the week. Most often a week day position, there are some weekends involved based on the nature of our business. Food Handler Certificate will be necessary for the successful candidates.
Event Wait Staff
As one of the best catering and event planning companies in Dallas and Fort Worth, we're always looking for people to join our Special Event Catering Team. These positions are schedule per event so you can work as much as you want, or as little as you want. This is a great way to supplement your current job, work part-time or around school schedules.
Wait Staff
Responsible for setting up, serving and cleaning up special events. Since venues are located throughout the metroplex, access to a reliable vehicle or transportation will be required. The ability to lift more than 10 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours is a must. A typical shift is about 6 hours depending on where the venue is.
Bartenders
Resonsible for setting up, serving and cleaning up the bar area of any special event. TABC certification is required for this position. Since venues are located throughout the metroplex, access to a reliable vehicle or transportation will be required.
